INGREDIENTS
Boiled and mashed rice - 2 bowl
Chopped spinach /palak - 1 bowl
Fenugreek leaves /methi patta - 1 bowl
Grated cottage cheese / paneer - 1/2 bowl
Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp
Chopped green chilly - 2
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Finelly chopped onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Salt - to taste
METHOD
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients.
Knead it like a dough.
Divide the dough into equal parts and shape them.
Deep fry till it turns golden brown n crispy.
Serve with hot tea.
