CUCUMBER RAITA




INGREDIENTS
Thick fresh yoghurt- 250 gms
Cucumber- 1 diced
Black salt- to taste
Sugar- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds roasted- 1tsp


METHOD
Beat the yoghurt, sprinkle the black salt,roasted cumin seeds and sugar. Add the diced cucumber. Served chilled with biryani.
