CRISPY ALOO

INGREDIENTS
Chopped baby potatoes - 2
Besan - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Green garlic leaves - 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Green chilly - 2 - 3 cut in to slit 
Oil - for frying 

METHOD
Wash and cut baby potatoes into small pieces.
Marinate potatoes with besan,rice flour,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,chat masala,ginger paste,chopped green garlic,carom seeds and onion seeds.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potatoes and green chilly and strain it.
Serve hot with tea.
