INGREDIENTS
Diced apple - 1 bowl
Skin removed orange - 1 bowl
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Orange juice - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Crushed roasted peanuts - 1 tsp
Fresh mint leaves - 1 tsp
METHOD
Take a mixing bowl add apple,orange,orange juice,lemon juice,brown sugar,salt and cinnamon powder and mix well.
Add crushed roasted peanuts and mix well.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
