INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 2 cup
Grated boiled potatoes - 2
Curd - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a bowl mix all purpose flour,curd,grated boiled potatoes,salt and oil altogether.
Knead to make a soft dough.
Keep aside for 2 - 3 hours.
Make an equal size balls.
Flatten the balls into thin round puri.
Heat enough oil in a pan and add the puri,lower the heat and fry till light brown.
Serve hot with chole.
