INGREDIENTS
Murmure /puffed rice - 1 cup
Finely chopped cabbage - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 2
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped boiled potatoes - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Shezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Heat pan and dry roast the murmure / puffed rice.
Take a bowl add all listed ingredients.
Lastly we add murmure and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
