INGREDIENTS
Boiled rice - 2 cup
Mix vegetable
(cabbage,carrot,capsicum) - 2 cup
Chopped spring onion - 1/2 cup
Chopped garlic - 1/2 tsp
Grated garlic - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger garlic and saute for one to two mins.
Add mix vegetables and spring onions on high flame and saute for 4 - 5 minstill veggies are tender and crunchy.
Add soya sauce,chilly sauce and vinegar and mix well.
Add boiled rice,black pepper powder and salt and saute for 7 - 8 mins.
Serve hot.
