INGREDIENTS
Chopped spinach - 1 bowl
Grated cottage cheese / paneer - 50 gms
Milk - 1 cup
Cream - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Cloves - 2
Mace - 1 piece
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
For tempering
Chopped garlic cloves - 1/2 tsp
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped onion - 1small
Tomato puree - 1/2 bowl
Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cinnamon,cloves,mace and spinach.
Saute for one mins.
Add milk and stir fry in a high flame till milk absorb.
Add grated cottage cheese / paneer and cream and mix well.
Heat oil in another pan.
Add listed tempering ingredients and temper the spinach.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
