INGREDIENTS
Sprouted methi - 1/2 bowl
Pomegranate seeds - 1/4 bowl
Apple cut in cubed - 1/4 bowl
Spinach leaves - 1/4 bowl
Carrot cut in cubed - 1/4 bowl
For dressing
Papaya pulp - 1/4 bowl
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Curd - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add sprouted methi and saute for one mins.
Take a bowl add apple juice,pomegranate seeds.spinach leaves and carrot and mix well.
Add dressing in it and mix well.
Serve chilled.
