INGREDIENTS
Bread - 10 slices
Finely chopped carrot - 1 tbsp
Finnely chopped capsium - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Curd - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
METHOD
In a blender add bread slices and blend it.
Take a bowl add all listed ingredients and bread mixture.
With the help of water make a smooth batter.
Batter is not so thick.
Heat non stick pan to very hot.
Sprinkle some oil till it sizzles and quickly pour a large spoon of batter on it.
Flip when done on one side.
Serve hot with ketchup.
