INGREDIENTS
Milk - 500 gms
Mawa /whole dried milk - 100 gms
Sugar - 100 gms
Saffron /jafran - 1 pinch
Kewara water - 5 drops
Crushed almonds - 1 tsp
Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tsp
Chopped raisins - 1 tsp
Basmati rice - 100 gms
METHOD
Heat milk in a hea vy bottom vessel.
Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
Crushed the rice and add into the boil milk.
Add saffron leaves and mix well.
Add sugar and mawa / whole dried milk and mix well.
Add roughly chopped almonds and cashew nuts and cook for five mins.
Now jafrani muglai kheer is ready to eat.
Add kewara water and mix well.
Garnish with chopped raisins.
