WHOLE MOONG SPROUT SOUP

Cooking Time ; 15 mins
Serve - 2


INGREDIENTS

Whole green moong sprouts   - 1/2 cup
Chopped onion       -    1
Garlic cloves      -     3 - 4
Pepper    -   3 - 4 1
Salt   - to taste                  
Water        -    3 cup
Butter - 1 tsp


METHOD
    Heat butter in a pressure cooker add  whole green moong sprouts,onion, garlic,black pepper,and water in a high flame
   After one whistle cook in a simmer for ten mins.
Once cooled  to make a paste add salt and mix well.
Serve hot .
