CURRY LEAVES TAMBOLI

 


PrepTime : 15 mins

INGREDIENTS 

  • Curry leaves - 10👷

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Green chilly - 1

Salt - to taste

Curd - 1 cup

Grated coconut - 1 tsp

Tempering 

Mustard oil - 1 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp

Whole red chilly - 1

Curry leaves - 5 - 6

METHOD 

Heat oil in a wok add asafoetida and cumin seeds to crackle.

Add curry leaves and green chilly and cook until crispy.

Transfer roasted ingredients into mixer and now add salt and grated coconut with it and grind it and mixed into the curd.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and whole red chilly to temper.

Add the seasoning to curry leaves tambuli.

Enjoy.
