INGREDIENTS
Oats - 1/4 cup
Orange pulp -1/2 bowl
Low fat milk -2 cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts,raisins,almonds - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Dry roast the oats and blend to make a paste
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel
Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
Stir occassionaly when milk is reduced to half.
Add oats and sugar and mix well.
Add dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well
Once cooled keep in the fridge
Add orange pulp and mix well
Garnish with orange pulp and serve.
