TOMATO DRUMSTICK SOUP

Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Drum sticks  - 50 gms
Tomato -  3
Whole moong dal  - 1/4 cup
Green chilly - 1
Vegetable stock  -  3 cup
Clarified butter  - 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic pods  -  5
Crushed whole black pepper - 5
Salt - to taste

METHOD
Wash and chop tomato, drum stick and green chilly.
Pressure cook the tomato,drum stick, green chilly and whole moong dal with one cup of water.
Once cooled blend to make a paste.
Heat clarified butter in a pan
Add crushed garlic pods and saute until golden brown.
Add soup and vegetable stock and boil it and serve in the serving bowl.
