INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 200 gms
Chopped onion - 3
Whole red chilly - 4 - 5
Whole black pepper - 4 - 5
Crushed ginger - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add whole red chilly and whole black pepper to crackle.
Add chopped onion and crushed ginger and cover it and cook in a low flame,stir occasionaly.
When change the color of the onion and onion becomes soft
Cut the paneer pieces and add in the pan and mix well and cook for five mins.
Add salt and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis.
