INGREDIENTS
Tomato - 4
Grapes - 250 gms
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1.5 cup
Panch phoren - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
Black mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Whole red chilly - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
METHOD
Dry roast the whole red chilly,fenugreek seeds,black mustard seeds, and 1/2 tsp panch phoren.
Once cooled to make a powder.
Wash the grapes and tomato and make a paste of tomato.
Heat oil in a pan and add the panch phoren to crackle.
Add tomato paste and cook for 2 - 3 mins in slow flame.
Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
Add sugar and cook on a slow flame for 4 - 5 mins
Now add grapes and mix well cook for 4 - 5 mins
Lastly add dry roasted powder and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Serve with puri,paratha.
