GRAPES AND CURD KULFI


Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 4 hours
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Curd  -  500 gms
Milk  -  1 liter
Sugar   -  1/2 cup
Green grapes  -  20

INGREDIENTS
Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours in a freeze,now we get thick curd.
Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel till thick.
Once the milk is reduced to 1/4 add sugar and mix well and take off from the flame
Whisk the thick curd and add in the milk,add grapes and mix well.
Pour it into air tight container  or kulfi mould and keep in the freezer for 4 - 5 hours.
Serve chilled.
