GOSHT SHAHI KORMA

Cooking Time : 60 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Gosht              -  500 gms
Onion paste     -     4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste  - 1 tsp
Bay leaf                   - 1 - 2
Green cardamom     - 2 - 3
Black cardamom     -     1
Mace             - one piece
Nut meg     - one piece
Cinnamon  - 1 inch stick
Cloves        -      2  -    3
Black pepper  -   2 - 3
Garam masala powder   -  1 tsp
Red chilly powder        -   1 tsp
Turmeric powder       -   1/2 tsp
Coriander powder       -     1 tsp
Clarified butter / ghee   -  4 tbsp
Magaz paste                   -  2 tbsp
Cashew nuts paste        -  2 tbsp
Cream                             -  2 tbsp
Whole dried milk / mawa  - 2 tbsp
Salt                              -   to taste

METHOD
Crushed all whole garam masala and put in a muslin cloth.
Seal the edges of the muslin cloth.
In a pan add whole garam masala packet,salt,water and boil the mutton for half an  hour.
After boiled the mutton remove the whole garam masala packet.
In other pan we add clarified butter / ghee.
Add onion paste and fry till light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt and mix well.
Add boiled mutton with water and cook for 5 - 6 mins.
Add garam masala powder,magaz paste,cashew nuts paste and cream and mix well.
Add whole dried milk / mawa and mix well.
Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
