INGREDIENTS
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Spinach - 1/4 cup
Pineapple - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
METHOD
Wash and chop the spinach ,coriander and mint leaves.
Take a blender add spinach leaves,mint leaves,coriander leaves,pineapple, lemon juice, and sugar and 1/2 cup cup of coconut milk and blend it.
Strain it and pour in the serving glass.
