INGREDIENTS
Egg - 4
Finely chopped onion - 2
Finely chopped tomato - 2
Finely chopped capsicum - 1 cup
Finely chopped green chilly - 2
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Pao bhaji masala - 1 tsp
Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 50 gms
METHOD
Take a large bowl break the eggs.
Whisk the eggs until fluffy
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion,asafoetida,green chilly,capsicum and ginger and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add tomato and coriander leaves and cook for two mins.
Add butter,pao bhaji masala,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Add eggs and stir continuously .
Add butter,roasted cumin seeds and coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot
