SABUDANA RAITA

Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Curd    -    1 cup
 Sabudana / sago   -  1/4 cup
Roasted n crushed  cumin seeds   -  1/4 tsp
Black salt  -  1/4 tsp
Sugar -  1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilly  -  1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves  -  1 tsp
Roasted peanuts powder   -  1 tsp
Roasted peanuts   -  for garnishing
Pomegranate seeds  -  for garnishing

METHOD
Dry roast the sabudana for two mins
Soak sago / sabudana for 2 hours and strain it.
Whisk the curd.
Add roasted n crushed cumin seeds,black salt,sugar and mix well.
Add green chilly, sabudana,roasted peanuts powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
Garnish with roasted peanuts,pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves
Serve chilled.
