LONG GOURD RAITA/KAKDI RAITA

Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Grated long gourd/kakdi  -  1 cup
Finely chopped green chilly  - 1
Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
Fresh thick curd  -  1 cup
Rock salt  -  1/2 tsp
Sugar  - 1 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves  -  1 tsp
Roasted crushed cumin seeds  -  1/2 tsp
pomegranate seeds - for garnishing

METHOD
Dry roast the peanuts.
Whisk the curd.
Add roasted n crushed cumin seeds,rock salt,sugar and mix well.
Add green chilly,coriander leaves,roasted peanuts and long gourd/kakdi and mix well.
Garnish with roasted peanuts,coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
Serve chilled
