COCONUT AND RED CHILLY CHUTNEY


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serve : 6

INGREDIENTS
Grated dry coconut  -  1/2 cup
Whole red.
 chilly  -  10 - 15
Garlic pods  -  10 - 12
Cumin seeds  -  1/2 tsp
Oil  -  1 tsp
Salt  -  to taste

METHOD
Crushed the garlic pods.
Grate the dry coconut.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add garlic pods and saute till golden brown
Now add grated coconut and whole red chilly and saute till crispy.
Add salt and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Once cooled,blend in the blender.
Keep in the air tight container for ten to fifteen days.
