SABUDANA KE DAHI VADE

Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Sabudana  -  1 cup
Boiled potato - 2
Roasted peanuts  - 2 tsp
Green chilly  - 2
Green coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp
Pudina leaves  -  1 tbsp
Sendha namak  - to taste
Tamarind chutney  -  2 tbsp
Thick curd  -  1/2 cup
Red chilly powder  -  1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder  -  1/2 tsp
Rock salt  -  1/2 tsp
Grated ginger  -  1/2 tsp
 Pomegranate seeds  -  for garnishing
METHOD
Soak sabudana for two hours.
To make a powder of roasted peanuts
Add boiled n mashed potato,green coriander leaves,green chilly,grated ginger,pudina leaves,sendha salt and roasted peanuts powder and mix well.
To make a vada shape and deep fry in hot oil until golden n crispy
Take a bowl and place the sabudana vada
Add beaten curd,sprinkle rock salt,red chilly powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and tamarind chutney.
Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
