INGREDIENTS
Hard boiled eggs - 2
Finely chopped methi - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cloves - 2 - 3
Sliced tomato - 2
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp
Sliced onion - 2
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
Green chilly - 2
Sliced tomato - 2
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp
Sliced onion - 2
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
Green chilly - 2
METHOD
Boil the egg and cut into two pieces.
Wash and chop the methi leaves.
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin seeds,cloves to crackle.
Add onion ,ginger garlic,green chilly and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
Add poppy seeds and grated coconut and cook on a slow flame for ten mins
. Add sliced tomato, methi leaves and garam masala powder and mix well
. Now add red chilly powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
Cook in a slow flame for fifteen mins or stir continuously until oil leaves the pan, now add one cup of water and salt and mix well.
Heat oil in another pan and fry the egg till brown and remove it
Add fried eggs and mix well.
Serve hot with chapatis.
