ROSE LASSI

Serve- 2

INGREDIENTS
Fresh curd- 2 cup
Chilled water- 1/2 cup
Rose syrup- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 4 tbsp
Crushed ice cubes- 10-15
Chopped almonds- 1 tbsp
Chia seeds - for garnishing

METHOD
Take a blender. Add fresh curd, chilled water, sugar, rose syrup and ice cubes and blend it.
Pour the mixture into the glass.
Garnish with crushed chia seeds.













VEG BURGER

 INGREDIENTS
 Boiled n mashed potato - 1
 Boiled yellow matar - 1 cup
 Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
 Green chilly - 1
 Grated ginger - 1 inch stick
 Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
 Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
 Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
 Cornflour - 2 tbsp
 Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
 Hot and sweet tomato chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
 Black pepper powder - 1 ts
 Burger bun - 2
 Cheese slice - 2
Sliced cucumber - 1 bowl
Sliced onion  -  1 bowl
Lettuce leaves - 2
 
 METHOD
 Mash the boiled potatoes, boiled  and mashed yellow matar add salt,ginger,green chilly,red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder,bread crumbs,besan and one tbsp hot and sweet tomato chilly sauce and corn flour and mix well.
 Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
 All the balls are made in the same way.
 Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the veggie tikki in a medium flame
. Cut the burger into the middle.
 Spread butter and shallow fry the burger.
 Add lettuce leaves,cheese slice ,potato tikki,sliced cucumber,sliced onion and hot and sweet chilly sauce and now cover with burger pieces serve hot.
 











WATERMELON SALAD

Total Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Watermelon  chunks - 1 bowl 
For dressing
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Roasted flax seeds powder - 1 tsp

METHOD

Take one bowl watermelon chunks 
Takehe dressing and mix it well.
Pour this over the fruit and toss well.
Serve.
















LAUKI AND CUCUMBER RAITA

Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Fresh curd - 2 cup
Grated lauki - 1 cup
Grated cucumber - 1 cup
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Finely chopped mint leaves - 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
S endha salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp

Roasted flex seeds - 1 tsp

METHOD
Whisk the curd.
Wash and grate the lauki and blanch it.
Also wash and grate the cucumber
Add all ingredients in the curd and mix it well.
Garnish with mint leaves,flex seeds and serve chilled
