PEANUTS SUNDAL


Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Peanuts  - 1/2 bowl
Fresh grated coconut  -  2 tbsp
Grated ginger  - 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilly  -  1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder  -  1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder  - 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Soak peanuts for two hours and pressure cook for two whistles.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add grated ginger and green chilly saute for one mins.
Add boiled peanuts and cook for  2 - 3 mins.
Add salt,amchur powder,red chilli powder,black pepper powder and mix well.
Add reserved water.
Add coriander leaves and fresh grated coconut and mix well.
Serve with tea.
