Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve  : 2

Wheat flour  -  1/2 cup
Rice flour  -  2 tbsp
Curry leaves  -  8 - 10
Cumin seeds  - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 1 medium size
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp

Take a bowl add wheat flour,rice flour and salt and mix well.
Add one cup of water and make dosa batter.
Rest for 20 mins.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add curry leaves and onion and fry till light brown.
Add in the dosa batter.
Grease the oil in a non stick pan.
Add one tbsp dosa batter and spread it.
Drizzle one tbsp oil.
Flip it and cook both the sides.
Serve hot.
