NOLEN GURER MURMURA LADOO / DATE JAGGERY PUFFED RICE LADOO


Prep Time  -  10 mins
Cooking Time  -  30 mins
Serve  -  4 - 6

INGREDIENTS
Puffed rice / murmura  -  3 cup
Nolen gur / date jaggery  - 1 cup
Clarified butter  -  1 tsp
Mawa / whole dried milk  -  1/2 cup
Roasted black gram / chana  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Heat nolen gur / date jaggery on a pan and add clarified butter.
Stir continuously on a low flame until date jaggery / nolen gur gets thick.
Add mawa / whole dried milk and mix well.
Now add puffed rice / murmura and roasted black gram / chana and continuously stir till the puffed rice mixed with jaggery.
Turn off the gas.
Apply some oil on your palm an d make small round shape balls.
