CHANA MASALA


INGREDIENTS
Chickpea / kabuli chana   -   250 gms
Chat masala   -     1 tsp
Black salt     -   1 tsp
Salt   -   to taste
Sugar    -   1/2 tsp
Amchur powder   -   1/2 tsp
Oil     -   1 cup
Turmeric powder    -    1 tsp

METHOD
Wash and soak chickpea /kabuli chana for overnight and put 1 tsp baking powder in it.
Rinse all the water of it.
Spread chana on cotton towel for 1 - 2 hrs to remove extra water of chana.
Heat enough oil in a pan.Sprinkle some turmeric powder in it.
Add chickpea /kabuli chana in it.
Deep fry on medium heat.
Put all the chana in same process.
Drained extra oil in it.
Add chat masala,black salt,salt,sugar and amchur powder and mix well.
Yummy chana masala is ready to
eat.
