Bread slices                                 -                         4
Potatoes                                       -                         2 big
Green chillies                               -                          1
Chopped onion                             -                          1
Red chilli powder                         .-                         1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder                           -                         1/2 tsp
Salt                                              -                         to taste
Peas                                            -                          2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste                       -                         1/2 tsp

Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion n saute for two to three mins.
Add boiled potatoes and peas and saute for one mins.
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.
Add green chilli and saute for low heat on 7 - 8 mins.
Add fresh coriander leaves.
Now stuffing is ready.
Cut the edges of the bread.
Dip the bread in a bit of salted water.
Now fill the stuffing inside a bread, and roll into balls,
Keep in the freze for two hours.
In a wok heat the oil and add the bread rolls, lower the heat and deep fry till light brown.
Serve hot.
