SHIMLA MIRCH AND CHEESE PARATHA





Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time ; 15 mins
Serves  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Grated processed cheese    - 1 cube
Finely chopped shimla mirch    -  1 cup
Carom seeds   -  a pinch
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp
Water  -  1/2 cup

METHOD
In a kneading bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and knead to make a dough.
Keep rest for fifften mins.
Take some dough make into a ball.
Flatten the ball into thick round paratha.
Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
Applying oil on both the sides.
Serve garma garam paratha.
