VEG CUTLET




Prep Time   : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serves  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Bread              -   3 slices
Boiled n grated potatoes     -  3 big size
Boiled beans n carrot     -  1/2 cup
Boiled peas         -  2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup      - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder    -   a pinch
Corn flour              - 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs        -  2 tbsp
Salt             -  to taste
Oil       -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a bowl add potatoes,peas,beans,carrot,corn flour,tomato ketchup,black pepper,salt.
Dip the bread in a water and squeeze it and mix well.
To make a soft dough.
Divide the dough in equal size balls.Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
Coat them with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan.'Place the cutlet and shallow fry from both the sides.
Serve hot.
Veg cutlet is ready to serve.
