INGREDIENTS
Spinach - 100 gms
Garlic cloves - 2 - 4
Chopped green chilly - 1
Mango pickle - 2 slice
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
For temper
Rai / black mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Urad dal / lentil - 1/2 tsp
Chana dal / bengal gram - 1/2 tsp
Whole red chilly - 1
Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add 2 - 4 garlic cloves n saute for one mins.
Add green chilly and spinach and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Once cooled,add in the blender and also add pickle slices and salt and blend it.
For tempering,heat oil in a pan.
Add rai / black mustard seeds,urad dal / lentil,chana dal and whole red chilly.
Temper the spinach paste.
Spinach chutney is ready to serve.
