INGREDIENTS
Hang curd - 1 cup
Diced onion - 1 medium
Deseeded diced tomato - 1 medium
Chopped green chilly - 1
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 1 hour then prepared raita.
Beat the curd.
Add roasted cumin seeds powder,black salt and sugar and mix well.
Add onion,tomato and green chilly and mix well.
Serve chilled.
