INGREDIENTS
Bread - 6 slices
Boiled n mashed potatoes - 3 - 4
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Grated carrot - 2 tbsp
Grated cabbage - 2 tbsp
Chopped capsium - 2 tbsp
Boiled peas - 2 tbsp
Green chutney - 2 tbsp
Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Processed cheese grated - 1 cube
Butter - for greasing
Black salt - a pinch
METHOD
Preapre stuffing by boiled n mashed potatoes and all spices keep aside.
Grease the bottom of the pan.
Assemble first layer with bread slices.
Then apply green chutney on it and apply potato stuffing evenily on it then all vegetable one by one.
Lastly drizzle sweet chutney ,tomato ketchup on it.
Cover again with bread slices.
Garnish with vegetable.
Lastly we add processed cheese.
Now boil in a steamer for ten mins.
After steaming cool it and cut into pieces.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
