INGREDIENTS
Masoor n moong dal /lentils - 100 gms
Chopped onion - 1 medium
Chopped garlic cloves - 4 - 5
Chopped green chilly - 1
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 500 ml
METHOD
Heat butter in a pan.
Add onion,garlic and saute for 1 - 2 mins.
Add masoor and moong lentils /dal and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
Add water and boil for 9 -10 mins.
Add salt and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
