INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
Cottage cheese / paneer - 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tandori masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain / carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Hang curd - 2 tbsp
Cloves - 2 - 3
Black pepper - 3 - 4
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Roasted gram flour / besan - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Kasori methi - 1 tsp
Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Mace - 1 inch stick
METHOD
Blanch the cauliflower florets with salted water.
Take a bowl add cottage cheese / paneer,ginger garlic paste,carom seeds and lemon juice and mix well.
Stuff this ingredients in the cauliflower florets
Take a bowl add hang curd,roasted gram flour,red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder,turmeric powder,tandori masala powder,kasuri methi and salt and mix well.
Marinate the cauliflower with all these ingredients.
Keep in the fridge for half an hour.
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add bay leaf,cloves,black pepper,cinnamon.
Add marinated cauliflower and stir fry for 5 mins.
Add garam masala powder and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
