INGREDIENTS
Seedless and boiled bitter gourd / karele - 2
Coriander leaves - 1 bowl
Mint leaves - 1/2 bowl
Green chilly - 2
Jaggery - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Tamarind water / imli ka pani - 2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 4 - 5 drops
METHOD
Blanch the bitter gourd / karele and remove the seeds.
Wash,drain and chop coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
Add oil and serve with chapati.
