INGREDIENTS
Bitter gourd / karela - 2
Ridge gourd / ginga - 1 tbsp
Eggplant / baingan - 1 tbsp
Raw banana - 1 tbsp
Potato - 1 tbsp
Raddish - 1 tbsp
Beans - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves - 4 - 5
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 1 - 2
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Wash and cut all the veggies in a diced.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add all veggies and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Add turmeric powder and green chilly and mix well.
In a blender add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and garlic cloves to make a fine paste.
Add mustard seeds paste and mix well.
Add one cup of water and simmer the gas.
Cover it and cook for ten mins.
