INGREDIENTS
Boiled sweet potato - 1 bowl
Sugar - 1/2 bowl
Water - 1/2 bowl
Black mustard seeds / rai - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add black mustard seeds / rai to crackle.
Add boiled sweet potatoes and stir fry for 1 - 2 mins.
Add red chilly powder,amchur powder,salt ,sugar and turmeric powder and mix well.
Add half cup of water and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
Serve with rice or chapati.
