SOYA CHUNKS SALAD

INGREDIENT

• 2 cup soya nuggets
• 2 large chopped tomatoes 
• 2 carrot
  2 cucumber
  
  
  
• For derssing
  1tbsp vinegar
  1 tbsp lemon juice
  3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  salt and pepper  to taste
  1 pinch of sugar

• METHOD
  
  

• • Step 1 Soak soya nuggets

    Take a bowl and add 2 cup water in it. Boil it for a while and soak the soya nuggets in lukewarm water for an hour or so. This will make the nuggets soft. Drain, cool, squeeze the chunks and keep them aside.

  • Step 2 Chop the veggies

    Wash all the vegetables in cold  water. Pat them dry and chop them fine  keep them aside.
    

  • Toss tomato., cucumber carrot,Soya nuggets into a large bowl. over the salad mixture

  • Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
    Arrange in salad bowls,enjoy.
