INGREDIENTS
Quinao- 1 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped carrot - 2
Chopped onion - 1
French beans - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 3 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Soak quinoa for half an hour
Heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle,add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins,now add green peas ,french beans and carrot and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add soaked quinao and salt and mix well,add three cup of water and cover the lid and cook for ten mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
