HUNG CURD SALAD



Prep Time  : 20 mins
Cooking Time  : 5 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chopped cucumber  - 2 tbs
Boiled beans  - 2 tbsp
Boiled carrot    - 2 tbsp
Chopped apple -  2 tbsp
Chopped grapes - 1 bowl

For dressing
Hung curd - 1/4 bowl low fat curds
Honey - 2 tbsp
Mustard powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

METHOD
Cut all the veggies in square shape. 
Take a bowl combine all the veggies just before serving add all the dressings and toss well.
Yummy healthy salad is ready to eat.
Serve chilled.
