PANEER BHURJI

Cooking Time  :  25 mins
Serve  :  2

INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 1 cup
Finely chopped onion  -  2
Finely chopped capsicum  - 1 cup
Finely chopped green chilly  -   2
Finely chopped coriander leaves  -  2 tbsp
Cumin seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder   -  1 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp0
Grated ginger  - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida  -  a pinch
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a large bowl mash the paneer very well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add  cumin seeds to crackle now add onion,asafoetida,green chilly,capsicum and ginger and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add coriander leaves and cook for two mins.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Add paneer and stir continuously .
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot
