INGREDIENTS
Chopped apple - 1
Chopped banana - 1
Milk - 1 cup
Almonds - 4 - 5
Chia seeds - 1 tsp
METHOD
Wash and chop the apple and banana
Take a blender add apple,banana almonds and milk and blend to make smooth
Pour in the serving glass.
Garnish with chia seeds a nd banana.
