INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Baby spinaches - 1 cup chopped
Mushrooms - 1 cup thinely sliced
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Grated ginger - 1/4 tsp
Green chilly - 1
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Heat ghee in a pan add ginger and saute for few seconds and now add chopped mushrooms and saute for two to three mins now add spinach and green chilly and mix it well.
Cook till dry and now add salt and black pepper powder and mix it well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Take a large bowl combine wheat flour,1 tbsp clarified butter ,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of water.Add one tsp clarified butter and knead it again
Divide the dough into equal size balls
Roll out two thin chapati.
Spread the stuffing on one chapati and cover with other chapati.
Seal the edges and roll out.
On a heated pan place paratha turn the paratha and cook till brown spot,turn it again and slightly roast for one mins.
Now apply ghee on both thes sides.
Serve hot.
