COCONUT CHIA SEEDS LADOO


 Prep Time : 30 mins
 Cooking Time : 20 mins
 Serve : 10

 INGREDIENTS
 Fresh grated coconut - 1 cup
 Chia seeds - 3 tbsp
 Mawa - 4 tbsp
 Almonds - 10 - 12
 Cashew nuts - 10 - 12
 Raisins - 2 tbsp
 Sugar - 1/2 cup
 Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

 METHOD
 Heat a pan and dry roast the chia seeds and take off the pan and now again heat the pan and dry roast the almonds and
 cashew nuts and take off the pan.
 Heat a pan add fresh grated coconut and saute for 3 - 4 mins and now add mawa and sugar and mix well.
 Cook for 8 - 10 mins till thick consistency
 Add cardamom powder and mix well,now add roasted chia seeds and raisins and roasted almonds and cashew nuts and mix well.
 Once cooled make a shape of ladoo.
