CHUTNEY PARATHA
Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4
INGREDIENTS-
For paratha
Wheat flour- 250 gm
Clarified butter- 3 tbsp
Water- as required
Carom seeds- 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
For the filling-
Green chutney - 4 tbsp
Grated paneer - 4 tbsp
Green chillies- 1
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Chopped onion - 1
Grated cheese - 4 tbsp
Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD-
Mix salt, carom seeds,onion seeds, and one tbsp clarified butter into the flour.
Add little water and make a soft dough with specified ingredients.
Cover it with moist and keep aside 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts make a ball
. Flatten the balls into thick round shape paratha and spread one tbsp green chutney in it now add chopped onion,coriander leaves,grated paneer and grated cheese one by one and sprinkle salt and chilly flakes
cover with other paratha
Seal the edges with fork
Grease the pan with little clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
Place the paratha and grease the clarified butter both the side and cook until crispy
Chutney paratha is ready to eat.
. Serve garma garam chutney parathas .
